Adjusting one headlight (drivers side in this case)
12 full turns, both bolts (I did 4 lots of 3 full turns each) + Clockwise ('doing up' the bolt) = Lowered the beam 3.5" at a distance of 4 feet from the back of the light to the wall in front of the car.
You can draw a level line on the wall to help out.
