Check the wheel classifieds here for some on the better quality wheels that members are selling. If you have a 95+, you'll need high disk clearance to clear the brake calipers. "Cheap" wheels don't usually do this so you'll find out that it needs spacers. Even some of the $$ ones if not spec'd right will need spacers as well.
In the case of your 91, no worries unless you do a BBK.
Well if you don't want to spend too much money you will probably have to go with replicas. ( Alot of Lexus people aren't big fans of replica wheels) The only downside is the quality of a replica compared to the real thing is far less. You should check out companies like Linea Corse, Miro, Varrstoen, Rota and probably XXR and Sportmax for "cheap" rims. Good Luck. If I were you I'd roll on the stockies until you can afford a higher quality rim but you should really post what your budget is as well as style preferences so members can give you a better idea of what's in your price range.
