HELP! 3 piece wheel issues!
I bought a set of Auto Couture Magnifique 3 piece wheels from RB Wheels about a year ago and finally mounted them (cuz the car wasn't ready yet -- needed a new engine), and drove about 2,000 miles and the inner barrels on all 4 have cracks. I inspected them when they first arrived at my door step, and there was already a small hair line crack in one of them, and they all seemed heavily damaged before and was repaired. I sent the one that had a hair line crack in it back to RB Wheels and they had it welded, but I know that they are to the point where they cannot be repaired any longer... the damage and repairs have made the inner barrels weak. I need new inner barrels! Do any of you guys know where I can get some inner barrels for my wheels?
Thanks in advance guys! Any help is much appreciated!

UPDATE: MC3 Wheels is charging $1500 for new inner barrels AND re-doing my fronts to a more aggressive offset, so changing the outer lip barrel as well... this is parts and labor included...
Thoughts???
Thoughts???

4 inner barrels + 2 outer lips + labor = $1500
is this correct? if so it is a very reasonable price for the parts/labor but i would suggest you consider if it's worth it in the long run. $1500 is a lot of money to spend on refurbishing wheels you aren't absolutely in love with (speaking from experience).

Yea, that's the only hurdle I'm coming up against... do I save another $1500 and just buy new wheels, or do I fix these one's up..???
Thanks. As long as I'm in the right direction!

It's sounding like I'm gettin' a deal. Thanks for the input again guys. It's hard to find a good deal anywhere, or good wheels for a good bargain...

Step 1: Disasseble wheel
Step 2: Check center disc to make sure its straight on a fixture w/ a dial indicator
Step 3: Calculate the BCD (Bolt circle diameter) of the center for drilling the barrel on the CNC machine
Step 4: Set up component on CNC machine
Step 5: Program Cnc machine to drill and bore correct dimensions
Step 6: Get lip polished or chromed (Outsourced)
Step 7: Reassemble wheel on Runout fixture with dial indicator to ensure concentricity
Step 8: Seal components with specialized silicone
Step 9: Package wheel and ship out.
9 steps to fix one lip. Im not going to go through all that to make $20......
