Default Brakes

I have a 90' Ls400 and the brakes locked up on me. Now, I've taken all the wheels off and only the front passenger brakes are locked , so i replaced the pads and caliper but it still locked up? I don't have any idea whats wrong with them... Does anyone have a clue????
