Does a ignitor from a 98' ls400 fit on a 90'??????

98-00 dont have ignitors they're COP.

no, but 95-97 may fit, but they are different in many ways.

Were is it located?? If the code that the car is showing is 14 then replacing the ignitor should solve the problem correct?

on my '96 the ignitor is right by the front passenger side strut tower, under a plastic ventilated cover.

i can't tell you about pre-OBD II caveman blinking codes, I graduated from those a while ago and don't want to be reminded of them again

Yeah the light blinks and you have to sit there and try to see if you could get what code is showing LOL JK bro.... i hate pre OBDII aswell lol...... Ill check that out...
