That kind of offset allows for at least a 15mm spacer to clear the brakes. You'll be fine.

don't really need a lesson in wheel measurments... thanks though.

an 8.5 +45 will fit with 0 issues in all clearance aspects besides brake clearance.

what is commonly referred to as "disk type" is a combination of pad height (the area that bolts on) and spoke design. a high disk (bbk clearance) will generally have a thicker pad or will sometimes have spokes with convex curvature to clear the brakes. so an 18x9.5 +45 super low disk will not fit, whereas an 18x9.5 +45 high disk will.

therefore, with the given set of parameters, diameter, width and offset are meaningless. you can not go by another car that fit these specs because brake clearance is the only issue.
