Damn.. well. maybe you guys would know if a 18x8.5 +45 fit with stock suspension? if yes then i just need to confirm that it clears the Brakes.

i have stern st-5 and the spoke design is kinda sunken in. it clears my 2nd Gen GS.

thanks

that should fit fine. the LS430 reps i have are 18x7 +45 and they clear....but it depends on the backspacing also.

LS430 have similar design calipers of that of the 96 LS4. GS calipers are only dual piston.

don't be a dummy... it depends on pad height. width, offset, backspacing, etc. are meaningless.

Not sure what PAD Height means, but Offset/Width info is generally for knowing Clearance of suspension components and outer fender clearance, so yes your right if you guys say 18x8.5 +45 will fit regardless of spoke design all i need to figure is if the spoke design will clear the Brakes

I remember Jason05 had some stern wheels a while back on his first 2LS and they did not clear the calipers without a spacer.

Did he have any fender lip issues when he used the spacer?

Thanks, James

I'm not sure but you can look him up and pm him to find out. He has some stuff for sale in the LS classifieds, you can find him there and click on his name to pm him.
