Retrodrive,

That looks fantastic. Very sharp ride. It is really hard to get out every little ding and bump on that dark color. Those guys really put some time into the paint job.

Personally, I think your ride would look good with those rims chromed, but I am old school.

BTW - thanks for the tech tips on your site. Good reading!

Thanks for all the positive feedback guys. Actually that was my idea to keep it sharp and somewhat aggressive and not too overdone. The car used to be black but the paint was in absolutely horrible condition, I could not even show you the car since it was embarasing.

The list of planned mods are wheels, coilovers, more audio, change interior.

The repaint was $2200 but I told them if I am satisfied with their work, I will recommend them to other people ar shows and comps. I am verry happy with the job and I recommend them

Anyway, they removed every single ding, shaved a few holes, refitted the bodykit and did a real good job painting.

The kit is by Xenon.

I could have had that car repainted for free in Earl Sheib (the 800 manager's special) but I like to go with better quality. It's all good, I am hapy with the job...that is what's important.

If they did a good job, $2200 is cheap for a quality paint job. ALmost makes me wish I lived in the LA area. I got a quote for $1400 just to paint the cladding.
