Default anyone replace doors?

Well i found a 93 LS black on black which is the color i want BUT apparently his x wife rammed into the middle of the front/rear drive side doors . So those need to be replaced looks like the only damage from the pix and he already has replacement doors but they are silver so i was thinking find some black doors off a wreck and just swap them out.

ANyone done this is it something thats diy or should i have a shop do it if i can find the doors? I sent an email with some questions so see what he sez and if its something i even want to mess with.

click for a pick of the damage.

Looks like it was hit RIGHT at the B pillar. Wouldn't even mess with it.

Yeah, I wouldn't waste my time on it. Don't talk yourself into it.

****ty picture.
If the doors open and can close again, despite the damage, then it's good to go.
If they open and don't close but comes close to closing, good to go.
If they open, and don't come even close to closing, NO GOOD.
If they don't open, and you have to pry them off, NO GOOD.

Depends on the impact speed, and those doors are pretty solid. I would be surprised if the B-pillar was total depressed. It may be off only by a few inches.

Ya i was wondering about the doors opening/closing. What if they open partly? Is it ok so long as they at least open/close?
