Default weird brake noise

sumtimes, especially soon after i start drving my 96 ls, when i push the brake pedal about 1/4 of the way down, a clunking noise is made by one of the front brakes, or mebbe both , im not sure.

i got the dealer to check it out, they cant find anything wrong wit it

does ne1 have ne idea wat the problem could be

Did they check if the rotors need to be flattened?

My guess would be that a shim is missing or needed between the pad and caliper. Common problem in this vintage LS.

I would say that it is probably a lose or missing shim.

I have that same problem too on my 91 LS, my mechanic checked it out and told me the same thing, that I dind't have a problem with it, maybe it is my rotors?
