Default Check engine light on, O2 Sensor code

91 LS400, O2 sensor was changed but the check engine light is still on. Apparently this causes the traction control to be off?

Anyone have any ideas?

Need to figure out what is tripping the CEL. Pull the code to figure out what is going on.

Yeah I will have to check it again Saturday.

Is it true though that if the check engine light is on that the traction control won't work?
