Replace CD changer ion 93 LS

I have a 93 LS with a CD changer that skips, etc. It needs replacing. The Lexus dealer want over $500 just to exchange the changer. It is the pioneer version. Does anybody know who sells these things, besides the Lexu$ dealer?

Bad CD changer

If you find a good replacement, may I have your old unit? I'd like to tear it apart and try to find out what makes them go on the blink......Pete

Check ebay.com or ubid.com, I have a Lexus ES250 CD Changer if that might work but call the dealer first,I can sell it to you for real cheap here's a picture of it........
