Default I hate standing water...

At the moment I live overseas. After coming home from a nice long night at work I notice that I have a voicemail from my dad. Apparently there was a huge rainstorm in Houston a few days ago, and my mom drove my 93 LS400 through high water. She said all the other cars went through so she should have no problems...

Well my mom is fine so I'm thankful. I'm pretty sure the insurance will total out the car due to its age. I haven't kept up with the engine swap scene, but are there any realistic options for me?

Vague story but most likely hydro-locked the engine. Need a little more infor about what is going on with the car.
