My 93 would do that intermittently before I took the cluster out and replaced the bad capacitors on the circuit boards. If all your fuses are good this is where I'd look next. Do a search on flickering cluster or flickering dash lights. You'll be able to identify what capacitors need replacing. If you have decent soldering skills this is a no brainer once you get the correct components. The hardest part of the whole operation is getting the wire harness detached from the cluster when you're trying to remove it from the car. Good luck.

Get yourself something like this from Walmart $6.99.

http://cgi.ebay.ph/Auto-Tester-Heavy...ayphotohosting

Test ALL FUSES, car will be on in accessory mode, you ground the tester with the clamp and use the probe on either end of the exposed metal of the top of the fuse to test.

If not, try one of these specific auto fuse testors. http://images.orgill.com/200x200/3300316.jpg Usually comes in those packages.

Did these things just die suddenly or did you add/remove something electrical to your car recently?

I am willing to bet it is the 120A fusible link in the underhood fusebox. It is marked ALT on the schematic under the fuse box lid. Have you recently had a battery replaced, or has someone recently worked in the vicinity of the PS pump / alternator?

i was trying to rewire my foglights to the parking lights so it would stay on
then i shocked myself while the lights was on by touching the wires trying to connect everything good
then the ac, radio, cluster, and needles dont work

Hey naes, be careful! After that little piece of info, I am certain you have blown the 120A fusible link under the hood. If you remove the fuse box cover, the links will be on the left.
