Default odometer is stuck '91

My speed sensor works. I know how fast im going, the digital milage recorder works. but the mechanical milage record doesn't work, i took the cluster out and everything seems to work fine. Is there a fuse for it? i see 2 wires going to it, i try to mechanical move it but it doesn't work. Anyone has the same problem?

Hello,

in my case the gearing of the odo was broken.
But luckily the part is still available at Lexus. Price was around 120€.
I took the new odo apart to adjust the odo to the actual stand.
