Cool Lexus ls400 95 acceleration

I have got a lexus ls4 95', it has a very smooth and fast acceleration, but am not satisfied with it, anyone knows how to increase the acceleration, currently it gets 0/60 in around 6.9 or 7 sec's , how to increase it???

thank you

quoted for truth.

Please search, the 95-97 aren't as slow as the 1st gen cars, but neither really hold a candle to the 98-00 vvt-i cars.

Welcome to CL. Tough choice to spend $10,000 on the 95 LS and still not get it into low 5 second range or spend same on 280Z and dump a V8 into it

Unfortunately there is not much out there (?)
Cold air intake mod
High flow dual Exhaust
Stall converter
Supra diff (if it would fit)
Engine ECU (if it is available)
5 speed tranny
Roots Supercharger
NOS

I dumped those ideas on my 95 and use my 350Z for fun

Good luck and let us know how your project goes

All the information you need is here on this site, just use the search button.

I also own a 95 LS and while it's 0-60 may not be that fast, it's upper end is really good in my opinion. I feel that it handles so smooth at speeds well above 100+
