Default coolant dripping

i have a 91 ls 400 just had the cam seals, crank seals, timing belt, water pump all changed and the mechanic that did those repairs said that after the repairs he noticed coolant dripping between the rear of the engine and transmission he told me it was possibe the freeze plugs, is there a hose back there that needs to be changed any input thanks poicow

a guess could be heater line leak?
