Default 98-2000 front end??

Does the front en of the 98-2000 model fit on the 1997 model?

Unless the changed mounting points, it should. The obvious stuff that you would need are the fenders, hood, lights, bumper and grill. You'd be better off selling your 97 and getting a 98.

its been done search on it.

not really worth it honestly as you need a FULL front end from a 98-00 LS.

-left/right Fenders
-left/right headlights
-front bumper reinforcement (i think)
-front bumper cover
-left/right foglights
-hood
-grill+emblem
-grill surround/trim
-front bumper chrome strip(s) (new from dealer=a couple hundred$$ iirc)

i might have missed 1-2 things.

Or pay the body shop to cut-hammer-blend your existing metalwork. One of the older VIP Style/Car rags had a Century front end conversion. That was For the 98+ on the 95-97...too much $$ IMO.
