Lexus RCF bumper on IS
So I have a opportunity to get the hood, fenders, rockers, grille, and grill trim from a rcf for super cheap I’m wondering is it possible to put the rcf front end on the IS cost not prohibiting or even graph just the hood and the fenders onto the car cause I really love how aggressive that all looks and no company’s make hoods or fenders like the rcf ones. Besides seibon but I don’t want seibon

Would be challenging since you would need front bumper, headlights, daylights, grille components, under carrier front bumper, crash bar, hood latch, maybe RCF radiator components, front wheel underliner, new vents, radiator cover, and probably a few more items.
Then you would have to figure out how to wire the new headlights and Daylights, most likely they won’t be plug and play.
IT WOULD BE VERY COSTLY! Unless you can get all these parts from the same source you’re getting the hood, and fenders.
I did a 2017+ facelift conversion on my 2014 is and it turned out very expensive because of all the “little parts” I had to buy besides just the bumper, grille and headlights.
Hope that helps give you an idea.

Just remember that the RC front end is taken from the GS, not the IS, so there will be lots of custom work to get everything to fit.

Thanks for the input if anything I want to get the hood vent and fender vents molded into mine I just love that look so much I wish there were more aftermarket sources for those.

Someone has done this before. From my discussion with him, it seems like it was a PITA to do this conversion. Almost everything needs to customize and fabricated. The hood needs to also be adjusted as the hood itself is too long for the IS. Check out Rotarystar on Instagram and send him a message if you're interested. I have long been looking at this conversion but the overall labor needed is why the hesitation.
