will this fit a 92 ls400

17X7 with +40mm offset. .
thanks alot.
i would post in the tire section but just want replies from those who have upgraded.

Yes. They're gonna look a bit small, though anything is better than the shtty sawblades they had on stock.

I hate the sawblades with a passion... the only thing IMO they're good for are shop rollers.

yes they will fit,,As Pfantom68 stated, it will look kinda small. I also have a 92 and I am running 18x8.5 with + 40 offset. No fender mod, dropped on H&R's (1" drop) and do not have any problems.
