Default Solvent for touch up paint

I was wondering if anyone knows what solvent is used for the Lexus touch up paint. I have a 98 LS400 (white color, code 040).

Thanks

(I was also surprised that the dealer charges $9 for a small, nail polish sized, bottle)

Default Solvent in touch up paint

Sorry, I meant the actual solvent that is used in the paint itself (which disperses the pigment). I have another bottle that has dried up a little. Clearly, not water based paint- smells a little like toluene or perhaps a ketone- I was just wondering if anyone knew.
