Default Paint Chipping - Touch up paint?

So the paint on a few areas of my 06 GS are chipping. I have Flint Mica exterior, where can I get the right touch up paint?

I'm looking for either a pen or something with a clear coat application after.

Thanks!

Default Paint chips

They sell the standard touch up tube with applicator. I paid $16.95. For my Toyota 4RUNNER through the dealer I paid $12.95. So you pay a little more through the Lexus dealer, but it is definitely the right color.

I asked my service guy and he hooked it up and just gave me a touch-up paint tube.

single step. I have one of the Lexus paint pens in the same color for my car and it's an excellent match. I use Langka or similar to smooth the paint out after it's dried and most touch ups are nearly invisible if you take your time.

I'm curious what one of these touch up jobs looks like - anyone got any pics to post?

I've got a couple of rock chips I need to take care of this weekend. Will try to remember to take some pics before, during and after.

Dr. Colorchip (http://www.drcolorchip.com/). An alternative if you don't want to get the touch-up available from the dealer.

I've yet to get it, but I've heard it works great. The dealer touch-up paint is a perfect match but it still obvious unless blended perfect. I'm going to buy Dr. Colorchip soon for my front bumper that has road spray chips all over. I'll post the before and after results here.

You need to follow the application instructions exactly and you'll get great results. Best to have extra microfiber towels available.

I have used the dealer touch up paint and Langka. There is a learning curve with Langka. The Dr Colorchip approach looks a lot easier; esp for road rash.

There are some great vidoes on their website to show application technique.

Looks like it might be worth a try. It is more expensive, however.

BTW, lets us know how much you need to complete the whole bumper. Seems there would be more than 12-24 chips to cover on a bumper?
