Take your car to a shop to have them check your suspension if you are not familiar with how to check it. They will jack the vehicle off the ground and test the wheel play side to side and top to bottom.

I had vibration for a long time and solved it with hub centric rings (wheels) and new lower ball joints. Now it is smooth as new.
