Post Suspension problem!

When my front driver side wheel hits holes in the road( not even big ones) it makes a loud noise like the shock is gone or like the rim is hitting the road.. I have the L'tuned s/s so I don't think its the shocks and my tire pressure is good... any ideas?

Jack and jackstand the failing corner. For this task, this is very important... Remove the wheel

Give it a visual and physical inspection.
Look for any loose suspension components, cracked or broken rubber on the upper shock or strut mounts. Check the spring mounts and insulators; A-arm bushings with front to rear play.
In and out play in the ball joints. Slop in the steering arm bushings and tie rod end. Rubber mounting bushings worn or enlarged.

Use a large screwdriver or pry bar to assist in moving components to check for play, if necessary.

Some parts should indicate wear.
