that car has a miniscule difference in tire size diameter front to rear, just 10mm....

if you still have a question i recommend you ask it here:

Default SC430 Rims for my 94 LS400...

I just got a great deal on some stock rims off an '02 SC430. I want to put them on my 94 LS400, as the original rims are looking really tired. A couple quick qusetions I hope you all can help out with:

1. Will these wheels bolt right on or do I need front and/or rear spacers. If so, what width spacer?

2. What is a good tire size for this set up? 245 40 18 or maybe 235 45 18?

Once I install the new wheels, I will look to upgrade to H&R or Tanabe lowering springs to enhace the look and drive.

Thanks in advance for your feedback! John

1. will bolt on to '89-94 LS400s just fine, nothing else needed.
2. the correct size is 245/45-18 to match the outer diameter of your 226/60-16 stock tires. 225/45-18 would also be within tolerance.

245-40 fronts 255-40 rears. no issues, car still handles well.

they look nice in person but there 10" wide so they rub when i hit a dip or bump not causing any damage to rim or car just eats at the tire some
