Fixing Door Panels
I'm not sure if any else of you have run into this problem, but I sure have. Having removed both my front door panels numerous times to get my new components in, I've destroyed some of the clips on them. On my drivers side 3 of the clips are stuck in the door and are slightly broken, and on the passenger side one clip is missing
. The lack of clips allows a lot of road noise to enter the cabin and doesn't give the panel a tight fit. When you open the door and look at it you can see a slight gap.
Is there anywhere you can get extra clips? What have you guys use/done to circumvent this problem? I think with the clips that broke I'll try using a small piece of wood on the back side and glueing the clip to the door panel. But I'm sure that will break just as easily the next time I take out the panel.

Stop by a Toyota dealership with clip in hand and see what price they quote. Last time I was by to get clips for another Toyota, they were $1.20 each. I dunno what the clips look like in the Lex but so far, it's pretty much been the same style.
