Trouble Programming Key for Keyless Entry 91 LS400
I followed the tutorial on this site:

and I can't get the locks to cycle by themselves (step #8 in the tutorial). I followed the instructions to a "T" and repeated about 5 times with no luck. Any ideas? Has anyone had any luck with this method?
Oh and I DID make sure that the switch for keyless entry was in the "on" position...
