Default Power Steering Issue

I have read about all the issues with power steering solenoid valve, but I have never seen this exact symptom for the 1992 LS 400.

More so when it is cold (like this winter) or the car is not warmed up, I have no issues with the steering. When it warms up, especially when rolling at a slow speed, the power steering will balk. This problem can be overcome by racking the steering slightly in the opposite direction and the steering returns to normal. It will also occur at times at medium speed in a turn, and the same racking of the wheel will get the assist started again.

I have not performed the electronic checks on the solenoid yet.

Has anyone else experienced this exact symptom and found a solution? Like anyone replace the solenoid only?

Additionally, does anyone know where the solenoid only can be purchased?

Thanks!!
