Default ls400 tune-up wont start

I have a '92 lexus ls400 with 84000 miles. Started having some stalling problems so I thought I'd
give it a tune-up to see if that would fix the problem. Replaced spark plugs, wires, rotors/caps and changed the fuel filter. Now car will turn over but will not start. Do not see a spark with plug pulled and grounded to frame. Any ideas as to what might be causing this? Do I need to reset something in order to have the spark plugs fire? I'd appreciate any input. Thanks

Any warning lights?

Check the wiring harness around the areas you worked to verify that the connectors have not been dislodged/disconnected during the tune-up. Especially look around the coil packs.

Also since you had to remove the MAF connector, make sure that is plugged in. I did that also and the car did not run for more than a second.

In the engine bay fuse compartment, disconnect the 2 EFI computer fuses for 15-30 seconds to re-set it.

Thanks for the input so far. Here's an update. I was trying to start with the MAF connector unpluged. Thought it would at least fire off, to check the spark plugs and wiring etc. before having to reconnect everything. Pluged in the MAF and it started. Stopped engine so I could refill radiator, which I had drained to replace thermostat. Tried to restart and again all it will do is turn over.

The instrument panel is showing the radiator, oil and battery warning lights. I'm recharging the battery to make sure its at full charge.

Since I did get the car to run for about 20 seconds before I shut it off, I'm fairly confident the coils, rotors, wires and spark plugs are working correctly. If recharging the battery does not get it to start are there any other things I should be looking for?

Thanks

You've initiated multiple errors by attempting to run the car with the connections off. Once you have everything back in place, remove the neg battery cable for 30 seconds to a minute and then reconnect. This should clear all your warning lights and the car should run properly.

You will lose your radio presets and seat memory.

you should be able to clear the engine light by pulling the EFI fuse. pull it and wait a while and put it back in and see if that clear the engine codes. i would probably re-check my work. make sure you did not damage the wireing harness for the cam sensors or the sensor itself. double sheck the caps, rotors and wires.

Thanks Mike

I had the battery disconnected for over an hour while it recharged. Hooked everything back up and tried to restart but it would only turn over. So pulled both of the EFI fuses and waited for a minute, plugged them back in and the car started right up!

Have made several start/stop cycles since then so everything seems to be OK.

Thanks again for the input.
