Can anyone tell me the stock amplifier locations for all generations of the LS400? Any help is greatly appreciaited.

I think for 1st gen it is under CD changer.

The 1st gen is under the CD--check out some of the audio repair sites for removal info. Second gen, at least on my '96 LS, is under passenger seat. Helps to remove floor vent and pipe--pulls straight out, and have seat forward to reach nuts. If you need repairs, check out Elliott Electronics in Edmond, OK--super shop, fast and reasonable repairs and their website has loads of info on removing your amplifier or radio.
