Default Climate Temperature LED Display: Smear can not read

My 1994 LS400 Climate Temperature LED Display: Smear can not read.

Few months ago, I searched and found the thread regarding to my problem above but I could not find the thread again. This thread will guide me how to remove, purchase and send the bad LED display unit for replacement.

Please helps me to find this thread again. Thanks.

CHECK IT OUT, AND HAS MORE SELF-REPAIR OR INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS OF ALMOST EVERYTHING LIKE HOW TO REMOVE STEREO, SPEAKERS, SPARK PLUGS, ETC. ALL THE INSTRUCTION HAS PICTURES WHICH I GIVE THUMBS UP TO.
