Exclamation

I would like to confirm that the alignment and the tires of my Lexus LS400 are Ok.

You have to consider that my Lexus turns towards the right for 5-6 meters every 100 meters!

Is accettable for Lexus brand and quality that I am obliged to wait the judgment of civil court to be replaced the car?

The car should not turn one way or the other on level ground.

If yours is not tracking straight something is wrong. It could be many things including unequal tire size, major differences in tire pressure, bad alignment, brake dragging...too many to mention.

If it is under warranty take it to Lexus otherwise have it checked out by a reliable mechanic.

Thank You very much for Your interest of me.

I would like to confirm that all the controls were made and alignment, tires, pression etc. is Ok.

The problems at my Lexus LS400 are fabric defaults!
My Lexus was examinated four time from Lexus Italian Post Selling Assistance and they were not able to resolve the problems.

Now I am awaiting the judgment of Italian civil court for replacement of the car or to be refunded my money.

Is this case acceptable for Lexus Brand and Quality?

Your faithfully, Romeo Di Tullo -Italy
