May be Wald lip spoiler. I haven't seen spoilers for LS with break light.

Looks like an aftermarket trunk lid to have a brake light like that or a one of a kind customized job.

Also, what is that silver round thing where the license plate is? Looks like a lock of some sort where the license plate screw goes. Looks like the key in the tail light might now not be operational and now the new key to the trunk is in the plate.

I don't remember where I got the pic, maybe that VIP site that some of the CL guys are on ................I know it is all moulded in but some company must make that lip, or do you know of any companies that have that style ?

That little round silver thing on the license plate is a cap over a hex screw for decoration/security...it usually has a company name/logo on it like this one from JP:

I'm not sure what you meant by "complete kit", but it's an add-on kit. I think it would look good on your car..I think it adds a subtle/classy touch to the 2nd gen LS.

I also think the Wald Exchange Executive Line is another add-on kit you might like if you want a different front lip with similar looking sides and rear as the Artisan Spirits.
