Default Adding a Fin/Wind Damper on the Back trunk

Actually not sure the correct name - wind damper, it is made of fiberglass - "c" shapped and some how either is bolted onto the back of the trunk and has a brake tail light in the center. How does this fit and is it easy to install. Is the tail light for the brakes wiring there already?

I have a GS300 2002 year.

You mean a spoiler? One like the spoiler from the factory or an aftermarket one?

Like the one on my GS below (a factory type)

I really dont know if your looking for some type of mechanical electronic controlled wind damper to reflect wind? I.E. V W Corrado, or just a simple spoiler?

If your car doesn't have a rear spoiler already, then there are two types you can choose from. The kind in DaveGS4's pic above, is a bolt-on which will require drilling to mount, and usually has a built in third brake light. I'm not sure if the trunks are pre-wired for a spoiler light, but it's kind of awkward having a brake light in your rear window, and another on the spoiler... ask DaveGS4, he spent some time with this issue
The other kind of spoiler, is sometimes called a 'lip' spoiler. It's smaller and usually held on with adhesive (sounds cheesey but really isn't) Do a search for 'TTE lip spoiler' or 'Sport Edition lip spoiler' to see pix of what they look like.
Also, browse the GS gallery for lots of pix of different spoilers.
