Looks like he ripped both the lip spoiler and fin off a 2005 3 series Bimmer.

 

Debadge and exhaust looks clean, I gotta agree on the fin though, never cared for those.

Try LED's from warden jp on ebay, I've got some High Power 194's from him in my license plate and they light up the ground behind the car. When I open the trunk I can see a little light on trees 20 ft. behind me.

 

Need to check him out on eBay realllll soon. LED interior swap, here I come!

No it doesn't look ugly. It looks kinda like my bimmer's shark fin.
