CA/Fed Equip differences 98+
Hi everyone,
I am a newbie to this forum and desperately want a LS to commute. 1998+ LS400 Gen III is what I am looking for indeed. Figure I should ask the pros here before I move on. Here's my questions:
1) What are the differences between CA and Fed Equipped vehicles for the mentioned years?
2) What are the major differences between a 99 and a 98?
3) What should I be looking for or anything that I should be aware of before I consider buying?
4) I have seen lots of Gen II like 1996 and 1997 around even on Ebay selling for less than $13,000 with low to average mileage. Should I also consider one of these a "today's best buy"? Again, what are the major differences as far as reliability, confortability and handling?
