Default 98 Celsior spitting noise when accelerating

Hello everyone, for some time now i've had a strange spitting/sputtering noise in my 98 Celsior that only happens when I accelerate. When I get up to speed and accelerate it tends to go away. Only thing wrong I have noticed is my PCV valve and gasket have a lot oil around it. Any help is appreciated!

I had this problem, The cracked PCV hose makes whistling sound or sometimes spitting noise. I also found the grommet used for the PCV was cracked and needed to replace both the hose and the grommet.

I'll grab a new one and give and update when I replace it, thank you!
