Default 2000 timing job

okay dont kill me in the replies but i was doing the timing on my 2000 vvti ls400. I was trying to set it to tdc, and got the crank bolt and right cam lined up at the “I” mark. the left cam was short by like 50 degress or like 8-10 teeth. and I took the belt off. i did not get it to TDC correctly and didnt set it to the recommended 50 degrees past. I try to put it back on exactly where it was and it turns a little and locks up. I know i messed this up and hope I can fix it. Does anybody know what I could do to get it back in time?
