Default My 1995 Lexus LS400 Eats Alternators

So i’ve been through about 3 Alternators in less than 2 years with my 1995 Lexus LS400 and i’m now about to be on my Fourth one!? Current Alternator is cranking out 13.7 Volts (14 is Min). Checked my Power Steering Pump, and is working perfectly! Anyone knows what it could be?

The power steering pump is working perfectly, and isn't leaking onto the alternator?

And where are you getting these alternators from exactly?
