My ls400 has been down for few months . I decide to come on here and surrender . My fuel pump isn’t turning on . Im not getting any fuel pressure or any activity from the pump at all . I’ve replace the ecu and check my timing but it seems to be doing the same thing . Is the green fuel pump relay in the fuse box by the driver side engine bay suppose to click when I turn on to acc ? I check the diagnostic port to jump the fuel pump but there’s not a pin in there . It’s completely empty and there’s only the b+ pin . I’m aware of the resistors and the blue relay that controls the pump next to the ecu but it seems to be nice and clean .
