They come pressed-in from the factory into the knuckle, and the knuckle's are out of production.

Febest used to make a rubber press-in bush replacement, but that's out of production and only some are left.

After that the only option is poly and the compromises that comes with.

Are clunk when going into drive is not a reason to just start hip firing bushings into the rear imo. My car has a dull thud too, from the driveshaft slamming pretty hard when the torque hits. Not any bushing moving.

have your confirmed it's actually the bushing? there are several bushings they could be, or even the sway bar endlinks.

i also hope you're not confusing a clunk noise with a brake noise, drivetrain (shaft or axles), or even engine/trans mounts although those don't make noise - they just completely break apart and cause vibrations.

so did end up getting the polly bushing because that’s the only one i can find, i put it in and it definitely needed it, it helped a lot but there is still a slight clunk coming from the rear end, i can see the diff move up, could it be that that’s causing the noise and movement? that’s the only other thing i can see

yes sort of like that, it’s moving like that but it sounds like a metal hitting metals type of noise. It only happens when’s going from Park to Drive and is a lot worse when the car is cold the bushings move like in the video

these are mine

how is your trans mount? that can deteriorate to the point of being metal/metal if all the rubber is gone
