Default Squeaky and clunking

Recently, I hear squeaky and clunking noise from the rear when go over bumps. The noise become louder when cold weather occurred. I decided to replace rear stabilizer bar bushings to see if it could quiet it down.
Do I really need to raise the vehicle and remove rear tires in order to replace those bushings? Can I just drive on a drive-up ramp to replace the rear bushings?

You should be able to go up a ramp.
