Hello can the stock air suspension on the car be replaced with aftermarket air suspension just the struts but still keep factory compressor?

I wouldn't see why an aftermarket air suspension strut wouldn't work with the existing air compressor system. Provided the replacement struts are not some "universal" fit type.

Are the struts not holding air or are you looking for some custom slammed suspension mod?
