Overdrive light on won't start 94 Lexus LS400

Need more info:
- Turn the key to start and nothing happens? No action and no noise?
- Turn the key to start and all it does is click?
- Turn the key to start and the engine turns over but the engine doesn't start?
- Assuming the transmission is in Park. Have you tired starting with the transmission in Neutral?
