Default CEL Code 14 no spark on left bank

Ok so ive been trying to identify this issue for 3 days now to no success the car with barely start sputter for a sec and turn off have spark on the right bank but not the left bank. Have tried a new coil and even swapped coils no difference checked ohms on both cam sensors both are in good range checked for voltage to both coils and have it and swapped igniters around to see if one was bad still no change have also checked ecu and see no leaky capacitors and it all honestly looks brand new inside really dumbfounded at this point and am about to get rid of this car any ideas on what else it could possibly be? I notice i dont see any activity on the tach although idk if the engine is spinning fast enough to make it come on anyways just about to rip my hair out trying to fix this car

I'd simply check the ignition drive signal using an oscilloscope. Without it, the trouble shooting wouldn't be quickly done. Oscilloscopes are now not expensive any more
 like these like these
. Modern cars often need it like old cars need wrenches.
