Without any tools, the odo/trip counter can be checked only just running your car some distance. This is the staring point, I'd say. If problems were caused by the speed sensor side, your hard work so far to disassemble the meter unit would be the vain.
Odometer works fine everything else also works fine only 0-80kmh on speedo dosent. Dosent hurt to test the speed sensors
To start from 80km/H means that the meter is biased -80km/H. It seems to me that the DA converter is biased negatively or the meter itself is biased. In order to find the root cause of it, you probably need good measuring tools and skills.
Does anyone have shcematics of these boards and cluster that would be greatly appreciated. Is rhe any way to test the actual wiring harness or is that issue out of the picture?
