i apologize if this a super noob question or of this has been a topic already , but i can't seem to find the answers im looking for. Ok so my headlight top mounting braket broke on both headlights. i found this out because i started to notice water droplets in the case, then my right headlight started to flicker followed by the check headlight warning. i took out the headlights and blew dried them. After that i epoxied the top tabs. Now i can't seem to find anything on how to replace bulbs lmao. i've never owned headlights like these so I'm a bit confused. I figure for future reference in case i ever need to replace ill know, but i cant seem to figure out these headlights. here are some pictures of the headlights. i have 2014 is 250 f sport this is the top tab that broke this the top tab that broke where is the bulbs?
ok so that epoxy didn't hold up at all, it broke right away. So i said F it and just gorilla taped the hole from the tabs breaking off. Now the light are working fine, but the check headlight warning is still on. I realized the level was off so i adjusted them and made the even as possible thinking maybe that was the reason for the warning. Nope! still on, now I'm out of ideas on what it could be. does the 3rd Gen IS250 F Sport have a left and right adjustment? i don't see anything on the housing or am i missing something because i don't see anything on the web. Can some please help me. this is what i adjusted them to.
To get rid of the code, you need a OBD2 code reader, you could also go to a local auto parts shop and they should be able to clear the code depending on what it is and what is causing it.
