Default Headlights are shining way to high...HELP

Alright I am completely out of ideas. This al started when I took out the little orange reflectors in my headlights. After that feat was accomplished I swap out my stock HID 4300K bulbs with a new set of bulbs. I replaced the bumper and headlights. Then I drove to a place with level ground and set to little bubble (level on headlights) to the middle. Problem #1 the passanger side headlight bubble is level. But the driver side bubble will not center. So i figured ok no big deal.

Problem #2 I turned on the headlights and the auto adjusters adjusted the bulbs but they both are shooting way to high.

so I attempted to adjust them down (using the 8mm bolt on the back of the headlight).

Still NO SUCCESS please help

I think theres 2 8mm bolts and 2 others one on top and on the bottom.. SO there will be a bolt on each side of the headlight.. I maybe wrong but thats how it was explanied to me.. Maybe Jefftsai will chime in..

Default Is it me or........

Dr. VIP,

does the last 2 pics where it shows the bulbs in its socket. Doesn't it look like they are not fully seated? They're sitting at a angle, they should be sitting parallel to the headlights. Just looks like that to me.......

if your car is lowered, don't go of the bubble mark and yeah your bulbs don't look right.

The bulbs are angled down because i will trying to fix the aim of the headlights. believe it or not as low as the bulbs are now they are still shinning super high.

I am going to mess around with the two bolts on the back of the head lights today. hopefully that will solve my issue.

I had absolutely no success what so ever. I am going to take a few pics of what the headlight beam looks like when they are turned on (tonight).

Try to angle the bulbs so that its normal, it might help. If not then...get some pics of normal, low angle and high angle.

These are some updated pics. the beam of light seems to be too wide. But they also need to come down as well and i have already maxed out the beam downward and its still not shinning into front of the car. I am hoping that if i adjust the beam inward, it will also bring the light downward. cuz as you can see the cement is not lite up in front of the car....any suggestions
