SC - HELP.. taillight and reverse lights out

HELP.. taillight and reverse lights out
The right rear tailight and reverse lights have stopped working. The brake light and turn signals are intact. Does the entire cluster go out if one bulbs blows? Do you have to remove the entire light to change a bulb? Any thoughts are appreciated.
