Default light indicator flashing...please help.

I have a 95 SC400 and recently the indicator light came on in my cluster that lets me know that one of the tail light bulbs are out.
I figured out which one was out so I changed it. Then the light was still on and I noticed the very next bulb was out so I changed that as well. Now it seems that all the lights are working properly but when I get into my car and I turn on the parking lights or the regular running lights the indicator comes on and stays on for about 3-5 minutes. Then the indicator light shuts off but comes back on only while I press on the brakes. Ive had someone step on my brake while Im outside my car to check to see if any of the lights were out but everything seems to be working properly.
Does anyone have any suggestions of what to do or how to get this working?
Thank for any help!

Recheck your brake bulbs, I had a problem like this and it was a bad brake bulb.........remember these bulbs have two filiments, also remember to check the third brake light by the window.

thanks man,
I actually got it working but I wanted to leave the information I found here incase someone else needs to refer to it.
I went to the lexus dealership and luckily ran into a very intelligent mechanic there. He explained that if the bulb was the wrong model (I bought the 192, and it need the 193, or vice versa I dont remember) but looked just the same, doesnt mean it was correct. The bulb I put in there had the wrong impedance levels so the relay that tells the computer that the bulbs is dead gets all screwey.
I bought the correct bulbs from Lexus instead of pepboys and it worked perfectly. Further, the bulbs were $1.00 each from Lexus and around 5 bucks for the pair at PepBoys... go figure!
Good Luck and thanks for the help!
